So here is Haley with her new ref sheet. I hope you enjoy her Bio and any constructive criticism is appreciated.

Personality: Haley is an extremely kind and caring girl. Who tries to help anyone the best she can. Despite having a speech impediment Haley likes to speak her mind and making new friends. She has a bad habit of stressing out or cussing when under a lot of pressure but most of the time she’s even temper. She can also get very emotional and has low self-esteem issues. She would blame herself if something didn’t go right to the plan. Even to the point she breaks down crying. She also shows the signs of depression (tiredness, annoyed at almost everything etc.) But tries to hide it so that no one would worry about her. Haley is also very calm and can be so quiet that nobody would know she’s there. Haley also has a habit of eavesdropping on conversations, but can use this to an advance.

Official Backstory:  Haley was born in Everbrook and was bullied growing up. At a very young age she couldn’t talk. Which made her father worried because she was at the age of where kids were talking. (Well her mom’s whereabouts were unknown.) When kindergarten started she began talking but it was limited. Despise of that her Dad was happy that his daughter could talk. Still Kids would make fun of her due to her disabilities. Which made her feel like an outcast, have low-esteem issues, and developed depression along the way. A lot of her mom side of the family had a history with drugs. Grained Haley was never around them, she still knows a lot from what her Dad told her. When she was a young teen, her dad gets a promotion from his job. But the position required them to move to NYC to which they did.

During her second night in NY, Haley was walking home but stumble across the purple dragons. They demanded her to give them all of her money, to which she declines. They got piss and began fighting her. Haley stabs some of them with her knife however she got stabbed in the leg. She screams as the adrenaline in her leg kicks in. She couldn’t get up and starting yelling for help with tears in her eyes. The purple dragons were going to attack her again but the Tmnt came and saved her. After defeating the purple dragons, they took Haley to the lair to help her. As Donnie was wrapping her leg. Leo introduces himself as his brothers, Splinter, and Veuns did the same. They ask Haley not to tell anyone about this due to the turtles being mutants. Haley promises not to tell but ask them.  “How can I repay you for helping me?”  Splinter simply replies “No need to repay us young one, you were in a bad situation. You may stay here as long as you need to.” From that day forward Haley would visit them and even starting training with them and Splinter. She eventually got to on missions with them, plus helping April and Casey with finding information for the turtles when needed. As time went on she starting developing feelings for Raphael but was afraid that he will only like her as a close/best friend. Plus he was with Mona Lisa and didn't want to start any drama. Although she was happy for them. She thought she will ever be good enough to be with him.

As time went on Raphael and Mona Lisa's relationship began to fall apart thus resulted in Mona breaking up with him. Everyone was shocked at the news but gave both of them some space to recoup themselves from the break up. During a fight with Shredder Everyone found out that Mona actually liked Slash more than Raphael and was working for shredder. This made Raphael upset and it took him a minute to recover from that experience.

During a night in the lair. Haley goes to the kitchen to get a drink, and well walking back she heard Raphael crying. Haley was worried and goes to the living room to where he was at. She sat by him and told him that everything was going to be okay. Still he disagrees and said that due to his short temper, no one will want to be with him.  Haley finally told him about her feelings. She told him that as far back as the day they met. Her affections for him developed and been wanting to reveal to him this yet was excessively frightened of rejection. She also told them that she didn't care that he had a temper, and will always love him no matter.  Raphael was shocked but smiles and hugs her. Telling her thank you and he loves her too and promises to always protect her. Soon after that they shared their first kiss.

Okay so in Haley's bio for the TMNT series, It was reveal that Mona Lisa was working for the Shredder and didn't really love Raphael. I got this idea from a picture of Venus. (the female turtle from the next mutation) When she was on Bishop's side. So how would this work for Mona? Well I'll put her backstory and explain how she became a bad guy. here's my version of Mona Lisa

Mona Lisa was a high school student in her senior year. She was accidentally mutated when the turtles was fighting the foot, and a broken mutagen canister fell on her during her hiding. Thus causing her to mutate to a lizard. After the battle the foot saw her and took her to Shredder. Mona was upset at the fact she was a "freak" but shredder tells her that if she helps him. He will find the antidote, and change her back. Mona agrees and joins the foot. But wears her "Classic outfit" for when she "joins the turtles'.

After 2 months of being with the turtles she starts a relationship with Raphael. Which was okay but she had had feelings for Slash not Raphael. Her only job was that to get important information about the turtles and report back to shredder. (Plans, Weakness etc.) Her truth self was revealed during the fight with shredder, when Mona kisses Slash in the cheek.  Raphael was shock and ask her why did she moved on so quickly and was working for Shredder. Mona told him that she was never on their side and loved Slash more for not having a short temper. This broke Raph's heart, now knowing that his first love was fake/ruined by his temper. After that  Mona fought them but lost. Afterward She and Slash got chew out by shredder for losing. Still he gives Mona a second chance and tells her. "If you let anyone know about this failure, you will never be human again"

So since Haley is going to be in the Tmnt universe. I'm going to repurpose this sketch (made by my friend the lovely) to  be her 80's design
